Nickel wire adopts advanced vacuum smelting process, after forging, rolling, annealing, drawing, has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Nickel wire is used in the manufacture of electrovacuum devices, electronic instrument components and corrosion protection materials in the chemical industry.

Characteristics of nickel wire:
Tolerance to all dry gases at room temperature Excellent tolerance to acid, base and neutral salt solutions.
The relative nominal resistivity has excellent corrosion resistance to intergranular erosion above 315oC in acidic or alkaline conditions and degassed acids
Application:
Electrical and chemical machinery, vacuum coating, production of valve mesh, internal components of vacuum valves, internal components of vacuum tubes, battery production

Nickel wire is used in the presence of neutral, acidic and alkaline salts. The face-centered cubic lattice structure of nickel has the same enhanced formability as high strength metals. Nickel wire performs well in the presence of sulfuric and phosphoric acid, organic acid, chloride and phenol. Nickel wire is also resistant to highly active and severe salts such as phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxide trichloride, nitrite chloride, benzyl chloride and benzoyl chloride.
