Grade 12 titanium Bar is similar to commercial pure titanium grade 1, 2 and 3 CP titanium bar. It is primarily used in primary formed forged products. grade 12 titanium contains 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel. The nickel and molybdenum alloy content provides higher strength and better corrosion resistance. Although it is not as corrosion resistant as Grade 7 titanium (titanium-palladium alloy), Grade 12 titanium is more cost effective.
Application Of Gr12 Titanium Bar
1. axis machining
2. the frame of the planes
3. the equipments used in the seawater
4. titanium flanges and titanium screws
5. badminton racket, cars
6. electroplating equipment
7. conductive material
8. medical industry
9. nuclear industry
10. construction industry, etc
