Grade 1 can be used when better molding properties are required.


The elongation rate of the high-purity titanium tube can reach 50-60%, and the cross-sectional area can reach 70-80%. The addition of alloy elements can significantly enhance its mechanical properties, making its strength comparable to high strength. Titanium with a purity of more than 99.6% is collectively referred to as grade 1 titanium, and pure titanium with a purity of less than 99.6% is grade 2.
